She served as the bilingual funding Principal of the new schools and has 13 years of experience in international school management.

She possessed extensive experience in IBDP and MYP authorization and has a solid understanding of other international curriculum systems such as A Level and AP. She ever focuses on formulating an integrated curriculum system suitable for the improvement and development of Chinese students and emphasizes pedagogy research, being proficient in curriculum development.

Additionally, she has experience in developing integrated curricula that align with CNC and international frameworks, spanning from primary up to high school levels, in accordance with Education Bureau policies and school missions. She has hosted sharing sessions or workshops at various conferences of different scales and types in both China and abroad, including parent workshops.
