In BeeMee, learning is a lifelong process for everyone. It is rooted in culture and tradition. Looking to the world and the future, we will continue to achieve and achieve excellence.

Therefore, we follow the common philosophy:

• Proactive learning
• Effective learning
• Interest and passion drive learning
• Lifelong learning

  • Willing learning is always better than reluctant learning

Every BeeMee education is based upon one core principle: learning done willingly is always better than learning done reluctantly. The most effective learning is social and collaborative. We teach one another and we learn from one another.

  • A child’s interests and passions drive its education

A child who is engaged in learning as a result of discovering interests and passions learns far more effectively and efficiently and is much more likely to develop habits of lifelong learning, than a child forced to learn things chosen by others that are imposed from outside. Passionate children inspire one another and strengthen their sense of mutual dependence as they collaborate by sharing their strengths.

  • Disengaged children do not learn effectively

Any child at any school who is struggling academically, socially or behaviourally is exhibiting symptoms of disengagement. Such children cannot learn unless they are helped to engage; it is the job of the school in partnership with their parents and their classmates to help them do so. A child’s mentor plays a central role in managing a child’s re-engagement.

  • Lifelong learning comes from lifelong passions

When doing something interests us, we want to do it, to be better at it, to learn whatever is needed to help us to do it better, and we become motivated to do and learn and work hard at and struggle with all kinds of things that without that passionate interest appear dull, irrelevant, boring, pointless, unnecessary. Whatever sacrifices we have to make do not seem like sacrifices because they are necessary to help us do what we want to do.
