Hunan Dragon Spruce Education Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dragon Spruce Education") was originally established in Chaoyang District, Beijing. It is an investment, operation and management company that provides "0-18 +" international education. It was founded by many overseas returnees. The core members have the education and working background of the world's top universities. Dragon Spruce Education's business scope covers 0-6 years old early education, nursery education and kindergarten, 6-18 years old primary school to high school consistent international bilingual school education, education research center and related training and consulting services, providing one-stop education solutions for families with international education needs. 

Dragon Spruce Education was introduced by Xiangjiang New District from Chaoyang District of Beijing on 10 November 2020 and settled its headquarters in Xihu Cultural Park in Changsha. Dragon Spruce Education is a contracted enterprise of Hunan Xiangjiang New District and signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between Hunan Xiangjiang New District Administrative Committee and Beijing Dragon Spruce Education Technology Company Limited" with Hunan Xiangjiang New District Administrative Committee in August 2020, which proposed to establish a high-level international bilingual school with a consistent system from kindergarten to high school in the new district. The agreement provides for the establishment of a high level international bilingual school from kindergarten to high school in the new district. The "upgraded version of Article 45" of the talent policy will be implemented for Changsha's "three highs and four news" strategy to strengthen the provincial capital and provide precise international education services.

Dragon Spruce Education's business scope covers full English 0-3 year old childcare and 3-6 year old kindergarten, integrated international bilingual school education from primary school to high school for 6-18 year old, education research center and related training and consulting services, providing one-stop comprehensive solutions for families with international education needs.

Ms Wendy graduated from Royal Holloway College, University of London with a Bachelor's Degree. She is the co-founder and vice chairman of Hunan Dragon Spruce Education and BeeMee Forest Academy. She is currently involved in investment and operation in international education, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and retail industry. She has a professional international investment vision, specialises in international resource integration, collaboration and operation, and is actively involved in philanthropy.
