Principal Sia graduated from Hunan Normal University with a major in Preschool Education. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Education (Preschool Education Track) at the same university. She holds an Advanced Kindergarten Principal Qualification Certificate, possesses excellent teaching practice and research capabilities, and is the winner of the First Prize for Excellent Courses at the Changsha Municipal Level.

With 10 years of kindergarten education experience, she is a teaching manager who grew up from the front line. She has solid experience in class management and teaching leadership, as well as profound experience in home-kindergarten co-education and team collaboration.
